My practice is a dynamic blend of somatic practices, enriched by the power of music to navigate emotional landscapes. I am profoundly committed to the poetic art of self-inquiry. My teaching is distinguished by my ability to weave these elements into a cohesive practice that respects the complexity of the human experience.

Through teaching the somatic practices of breathwork, movement, and sound, I guide each student on a path of self inquiry, helping them build emotional resilience and to remember the roots of confidence within. With immersive classes, 1 on 1 sessions, integrative coaching, teacher mentorship and retreats, I help equip my students with tools to expand their capacity in holding deeper states of presence and build confidence and strength in honoring all of the parts within themselves. Through these teachings, my students become empowered to share and radiate the impact of this work.
