an embodied exploration of the self

be. begin. believe. belong. become.

lihi guides immersive somatic experiences rooted in breath, movement, and self-inquiry. her poetic approach to self-inquiry fosters emotional resilience, inner confidence, and embodied presence — inviting students to honor their full humanity and live from a place of depth.

lihi leads a dynamic blend of somatic practices to navigate emotional landscapes. she is profoundly committed to the poetic art of self-inquiry through breathwork and movement. her teaching is distinguished by her ability to weave these elements into a cohesive practice that respects the complexity of the human experience.

at the heart of her work is the ongoing journey to be — an unfolding through being, beginningbecoming, belonging, and believing. each phase invites a deeper attunement to the body’s wisdom, a more spacious relationship with the self, and a remembering of what it means to live from within. through this living inquiry, lihi cultivates spaces where transformation emerges organically, rooted in presence and possibility.

she published her first book of poetry, the self, reframed: in the realm of raw in early 2025. her poetry serves as a reflective mirror, deepening the themes she explores in her somatic work and offering an additional avenue for connection and self-discovery.

a weekend exploration through breath and somatic self inquiry

esalen institute

big sur, ca

this weekend retreat offers an immersive experience in embodiment — a space to inquire, move, and breathe your way back to what’s real within you.

together, we’ll explore:

  • the body as a portal — awakening sensation and intuitive knowing.

  • breathwork as a tool for emotional release, regulation, and alchemy.

  • movement as a pathway to restore flow, release held patterns, and invite curiosity.

  • sound and silence as anchors for presence and inner listening.

  • integration practices — self-inquiry and journaling — to support a return home to the self and a remembering of our innate wholeness.

you’ll be guided to reframe your inner landscape — not by fixing what’s “wrong,” but by listening deeply to what’s already whole as you reimagine what it means to feel at home in your own being. a weekend of remembering.
